Saracen Ventures is an advisory company, capable of engaging in a variety of corporate structures including joint ventures. Our focus is primarily in new technologies and ventures across the industrial, energy, maritime and construction sectors.
Additionally, we opportunistically participate in other opportunities, including but not limited to digital media, as well as health & wellness.
Saracen Ventures was established by Laith Allawi, who has over 16 years experience in project finance, venture capital and private equity, having acted as both principal and advisor.
